Love, love , love this restaurant! Our family has been going to El Burrito Loco for several years and I don't think I have ever experienced a meal that wasn't great. One of if not THE best Mexican restaurants in the area!On the rare occasion that they were a little short staffed, they still did a great job. I've never had to wait for a ridiculous amount of time to get served, which happens frequently at large chain restaurants.Staff is always friendly and accommodating.

Great food and always the nicest service.

My son loves this place. Their service is great but the food isn't spectacular. It is bland and doesn't seem made to order. They did mess up my wife's order and fixed it quickly with no complaint. The salsa is fresh. The interior could use some attention and be better lit and appear cleaner.

Service was so great she even took a picture with us. Food was good. The drinks are really well priced and they don't skim on the tequila will definitely be back.

This a great, clean, Mexican restaurant with a good price menu. I really enjoy it when I am traveling the area. The restaurant is big and sometimes I see some students groups enjoying the food. I love the "chiles rellenos" and the fried shrimp with cheese. There is a waitress called Lupe. She is very friendly and has a good-manner service.

Food is good, but service at times is slow. If you call in an order you may wait a good 10 minutes when you get there before they ring you up. Even though they say it will be ready at that time.

My family's go to Mexican place. Can get busy with Emory and Henry college close by. Weekends are usually busy nights. Can accommodate large parties. Food is consistently good. Service is great too. They do have a small patio of the side of the building. Never had any problems here.

Pretty good food and drinks but service is lacking. Service is slow and forgetful.

My family eats here weekly and love it. Staff are always friendly and the food is wonderful. Friday and Saturday are always busy. Never leave hungry 😋

Hands down the best food in town, our server Alejandro was amazing, not once did we have to ask for refill of drinks and always checked to see if we needed anything...will definitely stop here again!

Owners and employees are really good people. Only problem I have is that ever since Ernesto "neto" left the sweet tea is not sweet enough. Ernesto made best tea over there.

Just ok food. This place used to have much better food. Service was good but they need to improve the food from the salsa to the entres.

Really good chile rellenos, good crisp tortilla chips with homemade tortilla salsa dip, good cold tap beer selection, reasonably-priced lunch specials served very quickly.

Chips and cheese dip were cold and food wasn't that good. Service left alot to be desired too. Second time eating here and will be the last.
